Entergy in Louisiana is seeking an IT Change Management Analyst to assist in developing and executing change initiatives across business processes, systems and organization. This role focuses on the people side of change with training, leadership alignment and success metric tracking.

You will work with IT leaders to plan communications and readiness activities to accelerate adoption and proficiency while monitoring outcomes across projects and functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience consulting with leaders, identifying needs, and presenting results.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and communicate outcomes clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Work with IT leadership to strategize, plan and implement high-impact change communications.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through leadership alignment and voice of the customer.
• Develop and execute detailed change management plans for IT projects.
• Create communication deliverables such as infographics, videos, and leader emails.
• Provide timely status reports to Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Assess success using adoption metrics and readiness assessments.
