Job summary

DataGrail is seeking an IT & Business Systems Manager to own and automate IT and business systems for a remote-first workforce. You will shape how IT runs, partner with Security on ISO compliance, and scale the function as DataGrail grows.

Expect hands-on desktop support, device lifecycle management, and strong vendor management. You will advance automation and self-service tooling, maintain Apple devices, and lead efforts across onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews in collaboration

Qualifications

• Senior-level ownership of distributed remote IT environment.
• Autonomy to set direction with minimal oversight.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms and Apple hardware/OS.
• Strong identity & access management understanding.
• Experience maturing security/compliance controls (ISO 27001).
• Ability to automate IT workflows via scripting/self-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Own IT and business systems operations for DataGrail’s remote workforce, including endpoint management and SaaS footprint.
• Deliver hands-on desktop-level technical support and set standard for first-call resolution.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding for device and account lifecycle.
• Partner with Security to maintain ISO-compliance controls and audit trails.
• Collaborate with security engineer on tooling rollouts and access reviews.
• Build automation and self-service tooling to reduce manual tickets.
• Administer Apple fleet end-to-end (MDM policy, OS upgrades, lifecycle).
• Manage vendor relationships and SaaS vendor management processes.
