Entrust Corporation seeks a Manager, Information Technology to lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and drive Oracle ERP initiatives across Customer Operations and Service organizations. You will partner with business leaders, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet regional and global requirements.

The role requires hands-on Oracle ERP expertise, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to align IT capabilities with business priorities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in CS/IS/Business or related field.
• 5+ years BA experience in Oracle ERP and global solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Installed Base, and Service Contracts.
• 2+ years supervisory IT project experience.
• Experience with Agile & Waterfall development processes.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• US work authorization and up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of Business Systems Analysts.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and resources.
• Oversee vendor relationships and product roadmaps.
• Implement IT solutions and provide ongoing support.
• Own architecture for Order Management, Pricing, Asset Tracking, and Service.
