Job summary

Manufacturers Alliance seeks a hands-on IT/Business Systems Associate Director to lead projects and manage Salesforce/Fonteva AMS, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into streamlined systems.

You will report to the VP of Finance and Operations, own data quality, build reports, and provide training while supporting Hubspot, Outreach, and SurveyMonkey.

This remote-first role offers flexible work with in-person meetings about once a month near Rosslyn, VA.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience managing systems and projects.
• At least 2 years administering Salesforce/Fonteva and reporting tools.
• Clear communicator with strong analysis and documentation skills.
• Remote-first with periodic in-person meetings or in-office workdays, typically once per month.

Responsibilities

• AMS & Data Management: be the go-to expert for Salesforce/Fonteva AMS; maintain high data quality and structure data for future use; help staff build and run reports.
• Project Leadership: own project plans, timelines, and team roles; run meetings, manage scope, and track risks; keep documentation; present updates and resolve issues.
• Systems Support: support platforms like Hubspot, Outreach, and SurveyMonkey; help teams define needs and test updates; create training tools and onboarding.

Manufacturers Alliance is looking for a hands-on IT/Business Systems Associate Director to join our Operations Support team. This role is a great fit for someone who loves solving problems with technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys turning business needs into streamlined systems.

You'll lead projects and manage systems that keep our operations running smoothly. Your main focus will be Salesforce/Fonteva, but you'll also support other tools across the business. You'll work with cross-functional teams and report to the VP of Finance and Operations.

What You'll Do

AMS & Data Management

• Be the go-to expert for our Salesforce/Fonteva AMS
