• Must have strong liaison between IT and business to understand requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Experience gathering requirements, coordinating UAT, and recommending IT improvements.
• Familiarity with compliance, safety, and regulatory expectations for IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between IT development group and business units for design and implementation of new systems and improvements to existing systems.
• Serves as the subject matter expert and business partner between IT and business/end-user teams.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications for solutions aligned with standards.
• Gathers requirements, conducts user acceptance testing, and provides recommendations based on data.
