Job summary

Williams is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst III for PowerApply at the New Albany, OH site. You will act as a liaison between IT and business to understand requirements and craft new IT systems, while improving existing ones to meet objectives.

You will conduct requirements gathering, UAT, and translate business needs into technical specs, ensuring systems align with safety and regulatory standards and supporting uptime across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Remediates issues per incident/change management using ServiceNow.
• Serves as IT/Telecom Site Lead for power generation facilities, ensuring uptime.
