Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a IT systems support contractor in the United States for a 1-year assignment, with potential extension or conversion to full-time. The role focuses on system integration tickets and data migration between legacy and forward systems.

You will work with IT, operations, and vendor teams, monitor performance, and provide above- helpdesk level support with strong problem-solving. Extensive Excel use for tracking and reporting is expected.

• Familiarity with Servicenow ticketing systems. Data Center experience is a plus.

Job description

CST or EST preferred

Day to Day:

• Managing tickets related to system integration issues, life cycle to development related.
• Assist with data migration from legacy to forward systems.

Key focus areas:

• Managing ServiceNow tickets tied to system integration and lifecycle/development issues
• Supporting data migration and platform consolidation efforts
• Collaborating across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams
• Monitoring system performance and contributing to ongoing improvements
• Providing support beyond a traditional helpdesk level (strong critical thinking and problem-solving)
• Complementary Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Experience providing IT support beyond helpdesk-level functions, with exposure to enterprise systems
