You will lead cross-regional initiatives, develop future IT and business leaders, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule while collaborating with global delivery teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading IT-business partnerships across regions.
• Proven record of deploying global business applications and system design.
• Experience in managing medium to large teams and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted IT partner to regional or functional business leaders.
• Enable cost transparency through standardized data and ERP integration.
• Support product-line profitability decisions with reliable data.
• Support IT initiatives enabling operations and engineering productivity.
• Promote system standardization and global consistency.
• Translate business needs into IT initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead delivery of medium to large-scale programs and initiatives.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
