Valmont Industries seeks a Director, Enterprise Cybersecurity to lead the global cybersecurity program, aligning security strategy with business goals and risk management. The role partners with executives to drive secure modernization, cloud adoption, and operational resilience across IT and OT environments.

The successful candidate will lead security operations, engineering, IAM, and incident response, delivering measurable outcomes and scalable security to enable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in IT/cybersecurity with leadership experience.
• Proven leadership of enterprise cybersecurity programs and teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, security architecture, and incident response.
• Experience implementing controls with recognized security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and program priorities.
• Oversee security operations, monitoring, threat intel, and incident response.
• Provide security engineering and architecture leadership for cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Oversee IAM, access governance, and secure development lifecycle governance.
• Collaborate with executives to report metrics and drive risk‑based decisions.
