Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Cybersecurity to lead and advance Valmont's global cybersecurity program.

This executive will translate strategy into operational execution across security operations, engineering and architecture, IAM, application security, vulnerability management, and incident response. The role partners with infrastructure, digital technology, legal, and business leaders to ensure security is embedded in enterprise architecture and modernization

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT/cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing cybersecurity programs and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Oversee security operations, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Lead security engineering, architecture, IAM, application security, and data protection.
• Drive Zero Trust, cloud security, and secure-by-design initiatives.
• Coordinate incident communications and regulatory reporting when required.
