Job summary

SHL Medical is seeking an IT Business Partner to bridge site operations and IT services in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure reliable first-line IT support for ERP, MES, quality systems, and security, while aligning IT priorities with production, quality and engineering needs.

You will lead the local IT team, coordinate IT projects, and drive continuous improvement to boost OEE, product quality, and site performance in a fast-growing, global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with several years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in IT service management (ITSM/ITIL) and incident/change management.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements for production and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IT liaison between site leaders and IT service delivery.
• Lead IT/digital initiatives, system rollouts, and infrastructure changes at the site.
• Ensure IT roadmaps and KPIs are transparent to site management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate incident management and ensure timely resolution for production continuity.
• Oversee small technical team and manage capacity planning with DT leadership.
