Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst to support manufacturing and laboratory systems in a biopharma environment, driving digital transformation, infrastructure, and operational excellence.

You will bridge site operations, engineering, quality, and IT, manage MES, coordinate enhancements and patching, and ensure compliance, audit readiness, and scalable IT infrastructure. Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, historians, and validation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting manufacturing or lab environments.
• Experience in regulated, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
