Job summary
Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, Washington, is seeking a Workday and UKG Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize the HR technology ecosystem with primary focus on Workday and UKG. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and reliable end-user support in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three+ years of payroll systems, workforce management systems, HRIS, or ERP experience.
- Experience with system configuration, reporting, analytics, testing, troubleshooting, and implementations.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday and UKG.
- Maintain business rules, calculations, workflows, accrual structures, scheduling structures, labor rules, and security settings.
- Support interfaces between payroll, workforce management, HR, finance, and operations.
- Participate in testing for upgrades, releases, and new functionality; develop tests and validation procedures.
- Provide guidance to leadership on reporting, analytics, and system optimization.
