Job summary

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst III in Pennington, NJ to drive complex technology initiatives from requirements through production readiness. You will translate business needs into BRDs, Epics, features, and user stories while leading UAT and ensuring traceable requirements.

You will operate in an Agile/Scrum environment, using Jira to manage backlogs, plan sprints, and coordinate release activities, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in Jira and Agile delivery practices (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, and PI Planning).
• Proven business analysis and ownership: ability to independently drive initiatives from requirements through implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Requirements & technical translation skills to understand complex business requirements and convert them into actionable technology deliverables.
• Data analysis capability to investigate large/complex datasets, perform impact analysis, and support root-cause analysis for functional issues.
• Process and workflow design experience, including mapping current/future-state processes and producing Visio workflow diagrams, process flows, and system/data flow diagrams.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $45-48/hr
