Job summary

Experis is seeking a Business Analyst in Jersey City, NJ, with 3 days onsite per week. The role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating needs into functional specs for development teams.

You’ll support testing, training, and deployment while ensuring clear communication between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has solid BA experience, familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices, and proficiency in Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Tableau.

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis Department supporting various operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex projects.
• Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus but not mandatory.
