ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company, seeks a Business Data Analyst to join a Fortune 50 Financial Services Firm's Global Markets delivery team in Jersey City, NJ, and NYC. You will own hands-on data analysis, data mapping, and requirements gathering, collaborating with development teams in an Agile environment using Jira.

You will contribute across multiple Global Markets products, with a 3x on-site/week and 2 days WFH schedule, and a strong focus on delivering clear,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and data mapping (primary emphasis).
• Proven experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders to understand the underlying business.
• Jira experience is required, along with Agile / scaled Agile delivery experience.
• Global Markets experience is a must (e.g., Equities, FX, Derivatives, Rates, etc.).

Responsibilities

Our client, a fortune 50 Financial Services Firm is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join their team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis function supporting delivery teams across multiple Global Markets products.

Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey and NYC

Schedule: 3x on site per week, 2 WFH

Pay Range: $57-$62/hr W2

What's the Job?

Own hands-on data analysis and data mapping activities as the primary focus of the role. Gather requirements, understand the underlying business context, and translate needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams. Collaborate closely with development teams to support delivery, ensuring requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Use Jira to track work and support Agile / scaled Agile execution across the product portfolio. Clearly explain what you personally delivered and your specific contribution to the overall project outcomes.

What's Needed?

Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and data mapping (primary emphasis). Proven experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders to understand the underlying business. Jira experience is required, along with Agile / scaled Agile delivery experience. Ability to articulate your individual deliverables and contributions in prior projects. Global Markets experience is a must (Example: Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange (FX), Commodities, Derivatives, Rates, Credit, Prime Brokerage, Structured Products, Securities Financing, Futures & Options, OTC Products, Capital Markets, Electronic Trading, Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS), Treasury Markets, Emerging Markets, Repo Markets).
