Experis Technology Group in Folsom, CA seeks a Business Analyst to drive escalation decisions by converting demand signals into executive insights across MSR and Sales Lock horizons. You will partner with Segment Leads, BU Planners, Sales, and leadership to prioritize demand, quantify impact, and ensure closure with disciplined follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years driving planning/analytics in demand, supply, or business operations environments.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience influencing decisions in executive and cross-functional forums.
• Operational rigor and reliable delivery under tight timelines.

• Partner with Segment Leads, BU Planners, Sales, and AEBU leadership to prioritize critical demand, quantify impact, align trade-offs, and ensure disciplined follow-through to closure.
• Establish a consolidated view of critical demand by segment, customer, and product, integrating forecast deltas, DDQs, and risk signals.
• Deliver decision-grade analytics for escalation forums, including horizon-based gap sizing and allocation trade-off options, and communicate a clear executive narrative on what's at risk, why, by when, and recommended actions.
• Run the escalation operating cadence - intake, prioritization, status reporting, and stakeholder communications - while enforcing a quality gate so each escalation is decision-ready.
