Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Job Description

Job Duties: Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy HR and Financial systems to cloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and Oracle Financials. Develop and execute test strategies and plans. Conduct tests to ensure system changes and enhancements meet requirements. Create use cases, user stories, and technical documentation. Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Perform quality analysis on initiatives, enhancements, and production defects. Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave. Test E2E business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR). Script and execute tests for back‑end testing – ETL, warehousing, Databases, APIs. Test Cloud Infrastructure – Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, Security Domains by implementing TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad and other testing and reporting tools. Arrange tenant and localization set‑up for HCM and Payroll modules. Build BIRT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing various prism functions. Create data‑driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality. Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira. Required tools and utilities: HCM, Oracle, qtest, Target Process, Jira, HTML5, CSS3, XML, XSLT, SOAP, UIAEngine, REST, DIS, DEX, SQL, Tricentis, and CCW’s.

Other: Full‑time.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
