S2 IT Group is seeking an experienced IT professional in Alpharetta, GA to gather requirements and modernize legacy systems to cloud-based solutions such as Oracle WMS, Oracle ERP, and Workday HCM. Job Duties: Gather requirementsand define business processes to modernize legacy systems to cloud-basedsolutions like Oracle WMS, Oracle ERP, and Workday HCM. Configure and validateWorkday Core HCM modules including Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talentand Performance, Absence and Leave, Payroll and Time Tracking. Develop anddesign Oracle manufacturing modules such as WIP, BOM, OPM, and supply chainexecution modules like OM, PO, SE. Support the setup of OTC and PTP processcycles in Oracle ERP. Define new features and enhancements to migrate legacyrailroad e-commerce systems to newer applications hosted on the latest Javabackend and frontend Angular versions. Develop and build TOSCA integration withJenkins CI/CD pipeline, Jira, Neoload and qTest to manage project developmentand quality assurance needs. Utilize multiple TOSCA features like UI, VisionAI, Data Integrity, API testing for validation and automated quality checks.Host all Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Prepare key implementation plan (KIP) documentation,generate reports, process flow diagrams, and Gantt charts.
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locationswithin the US.
