Job summary

Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology. You will gather requirements, document processes, and work with cross‑functional teams including IT and product to deliver CRM, ERP/Accounting, and data platform solutions.

You will partner with the IT Product Owner to refine the backlog, split features into user stories, and ensure solutions meet business goals. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years as a Business Analyst on multiple projects.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, HCM systems recommended.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather business needs with stakeholders and translate to requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to refine backlog and user stories.
• Create clear functional specifications and process flows.
• Support QA testing and assist in UAT validation.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and delivered solutions.
