Leaf Home is seeking an IT Product Owner to define, prioritize, and deliver software solutions that support internal operations. You will bridge business stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring tools align with goals, improve efficiency, and drive measurable value.

You will manage the product backlog, gather requirements from internal stakeholders, and work with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles.
• 2 years in a similar role; proficient with ERP/CRM/data management.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and goals for internal software products.
• Align internal software initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
• Partner with internal teams (operations, sales, finance, marketing) to gather requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure backlog items are clearly defined and ready for development.
