Job summary

Luck Stone Corporation is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements, prioritize work, conduct user research, and coordinate delivery, ensuring our technology investments align with business strategy.

Essential responsibilities include analyzing processes, owning project delivery, conducting UX research, and collaborating to shape product roadmaps using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business/Data Analysis or related role.
• Experience with enterprise applications delivery.
• CSPO/PSPO or UX certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather business requirements and turn them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Coordinate user testing, resolve issues before launch, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and release notes to support successful adoption of new features.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure solutions are user friendly and aligned with business goals.
