Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with business leaders and end users to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver technology solutions that matter. The role focuses on optimizing business applications, automating processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

You will work with Microsoft 365, OnBase, PageIQ, and SharePoint, analyzing processes and designing workflows, integrations, and training materials to empower users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; associate degree acceptable with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of business applications or software support experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance business applications such as OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint, Microsoft 365.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Design and support workflows, document management, automation, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, manage configurations, and provide user support.
• Assist with software implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, including Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.
