Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience documenting requirements, user stories, flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and UAT.
Ability to analyze processes, workflows, systems, and data to find improvements.
Proven cross-functional collaboration with business users, developers, PMs, QA, and leadership.
Proficiency with Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI, automation, analytics, and process modernization opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and user impact.
Analyze current-state processes, data flows, integration points, controls, and pain points; define future-state workflows.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, maps, use cases, criteria, and data needs.
Support AI-enabled development by defining use cases, documenting rules, and validating outputs.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and build stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with developers, data teams, PMs, testers, end users, and leaders through delivery lifecycle.
Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; coordinate system testing and UAT; track issues.
Maintain documentation of decisions, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across delivery.
Evaluate new technologies and tools for potential ROI and improvements.
Serve as liaison between business and technical teams, aiding adoption and realization of value.
Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
