Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc. seeks an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and support AI-assisted development workflows.

You will work with engineers, UX, and product teams to deliver valuable digital capabilities in an agile setting. You will validate AI-generated outputs, refine requirements, and help shape product direction while applying prompt engineering concepts and Markdown/Git workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in agile teams.
• 3+ years as Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in software development.
• 2+ years with AI-assisted coding and product design tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or Figma AI.
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with Given/When/Then.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and output formatting.
• Familiarity with Markdown or Git workflows in Agile delivery.
• Ability to review code syntax and basic API integrations with engineers.
• Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs and convert them into detailed PRDs with Markdown.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX, and product managers to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Validate AI-generated code and outputs for correctness and alignment with standards.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support PRD-to-code workflows with constraints and patterns.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve user experience.
• Track emerging technologies and drive rapid product iterations.
