Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis supporting technology delivery initiatives.
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
• Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows and cross-application dependencies.
• Experience with APIs (JSON or SOAP) and data mapping in order management applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of an Agile delivery team supporting merchant capabilities and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, data mapping, and system interaction analysis.
• Refine backlogs and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify and manage dependencies across multiple integrated systems and facilitate issue resolution.
