As a Reporting / Data Business Analyst (Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Provide technical support for business systems and software modifications, implementations, or conversions.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements ensuring system support aligns with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors to facilitate effective communication.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights.
• Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics, including dashboards and scorecards, to support strategic decision-making.
