Candidate will analyze data from multiple sources, work with BI tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders. Hybrid work schedule and long-term growth opportunities are offered.

• Proficiency in SQL, VBA and data manipulation/analysis tools.

Job Title: Reporting / Data Business Analyst (Charlotte)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $53.56

• Provide technical support for business systems and software modifications, implementations, or conversions.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements ensuring system support aligns with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors to facilitate effective communication.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights.
• Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics, including dashboards and scorecards, to support strategic decision-making.

• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and other data manipulation and analysis tools.
