Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join a Plano, Texas team supporting cross-functional initiatives. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead elicitation sessions, and ensure solutions align with strategic goals within an Agile delivery environment.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers, map data flows, validate integrations, and refine backlogs to drive delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology delivery initiatives.
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and cross-application dependencies.
Experience with complex systems, API (JSON or SOAP), and data mapping, especially in order management applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of an Agile delivery team supporting merchant capabilities and strategic initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, data mapping, and system interaction analysis.
Refine backlogs and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify and manage dependencies across multiple integrated systems and facilitate issue resolution.
