Job summary

Experis seeks a Business Analyst (Loan IQ) in Dallas, TX to gather and document business requirements for Loan IQ initiatives, work with Product Owners and development teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support agile delivery.

You will participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities, coordinating testing and process improvements for commercial lending workflows and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Agile and product-focused environments.
• Mandatory Loan IQ product expertise, including hands-on experience supporting commercial lending operations and workflows.
• Proven experience creating and managing user stories, epics, functional requirements, and business process documentation.
• Ability to effectively partner with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Techno-functional skills, including experience with API integrations, SQL queries, data analysis, testing, and system interfaces.

Pay Range: $70/hr on W2
