Job summary

Continua Interiors seeks an experienced AV Project Manager to lead a growing PM team, drive project delivery, and optimize resources across multiple contracts. You will mentor staff, standardize processes, and partner with operations to ensure on-time, on-budget installations.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in AV/IT projects, strong leadership, and credentials such as PMP or AVIXA CTS. The role offers a full-time schedule and Midwest travel.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial AV integration or related fields.
• 5+ years of dedicated people management, hiring and mentoring PM teams.
• Active industry credentials preferred (PMP and AVIXA CTS variants).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AV PM team with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day PM operations and real-time problem solving.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation with Install Manager and others.
• Implement PMO methodologies and conduct audits.
• Drive profitability through metrics and strategic planning.
