Job summary

Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC in Zebulon, NC is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure and AV upgrade projects for occupied facilities. You will coordinate scope, budget, schedule, and risk with clients and delivery teams.

The role is hybrid in Zebulon, NC and requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a US work authorization, and preferred LEED AP / PMP / CCM credentials. You will mentor teams and ensure governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years’ relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, CCM designations preferred.
• IT construction experience in network/design, cabling, AV, security.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and understand leases and contracting.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from initiation to close.
• Interface with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Document IT requirements and define technology solutions with the project team.
• Lead delivery resources and manage RFPs, bids, and resource recommendations.
• Ensure governance, data integrity, and timely documentation.
• Direct the delivery team including architects, engineers, and vendors.
