Job summary

Redding Rancheria seeks a Computer Technician to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. You will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware while ensuring workstation performance and sustain AV/telecom systems.

The role requires 4 years IT experience; CompTIA A+ and Windows OS proficiency are expected. Indian preference applies, bachelor’s degree preferred, and pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience in a business IT environment.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Indian preference applies to the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain IT and AV hardware/software inventories and prepare monthly reports.
• Perform preventative maintenance on computer systems and peripherals; ensure AV equipment works.
• Register hardware and software for warranty purposes.
• Respond to IT/AV trouble calls in a timely manner; document actions taken.
