Job summary

Harvard Westlake is seeking a part-time IT support student to assist with technology preparation, deployment of AV systems, and enterprise IT operations across campuses. The role offers hands-on experience in imaging workflows, device enrollment, and classroom tech improvements.

You will work with the IT team to ensure system readiness, help resolve issues, and gain exposure to Intune, Jamf, and other enterprise tools in a real school environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college and studying information technology or a related field.
• Strong interest in systems administration, AV systems, endpoint management, or enterprise IT support.
• Able to follow technical processes accurately and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Prepare imaging and configure Windows and macOS computers for deployment.
• Assist with device enrollment, configuration, and compliance using Intune and Jamf.
• Support Help Desk operations and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
