Harvard Westlake is seeking a part-time IT support student to assist with technology preparation, deployment of AV systems, and enterprise IT operations across campuses. The role offers hands-on experience in imaging workflows, device enrollment, and classroom tech improvements.
You will work with the IT team to ensure system readiness, help resolve issues, and gain exposure to Intune, Jamf, and other enterprise tools in a real school environment.

Youll Gain Hands on experience with enterprise endpoint deployment and management Exposure to Microsoft Intune Jamf Pro and other enterprise IT tools Practical understanding of imaging workflows configuration policies AV troubleshooting and issue resolution in a production environment Mentorship and job shadowing opportunities with experienced IT professionals
This is a temporary part time position for the 2026 27 school year with with an anticipated start date of August 24 2026 and an anticipated end date of June 30 2027 This is an in person position working out of both the Harvard Westlake Upper School and Middle School campuses The schedule is flexible consisting of approximately 10 20 hours per week with select days and hours Monday through Friday between 800 am and 400 pm We will work with the selected candidate to accommodate their college class schedule while meeting departmental needs
This is a part time temporary non exempt position eligible for overtime with an hourly rate of 2200 per hour
Harvard Westlake is an independent school with two campuses in Los Angeles and approximately 1600 students enrolled in grades 7 12.
