Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead technology-focused audits across an enterprise IT environment in Phoenix. You will plan, execute, and report on audits that strengthen risk management and governance.

You will evaluate ITGCs, support SOX compliance, and collaborate with IT and business leaders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT audit leadership, CIA/CISA, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive IT audit, internal audit, or risk/compliance experience, including people management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits (ITGC, application controls, operational audits).
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership.
• Lead SOX IT control testing (scoping, walkthroughs, design & operating effectiveness).
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, ISO 27001 to assess controls and risk.
• Document workpapers, findings, and controls in AuditBoard platform.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff through the audit lifecycle.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and external auditors.
• Build strong relationships with IT leadership and business units.
• Track audit issues and management action plans to ensure remediation.
• Stay current on technology risks and regulatory changes.
