Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks an IT Internal Audit Manager to plan, execute, and report on IT risk-focused audits across the enterprise. You will evaluate ITGCs, application controls, and support SOX compliance while partnering with IT and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Accounting or related field.
• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• Experience with AuditBoard.
• 5+ years IT audit or risk/compliance with leadership experience.
• Familiarity with IT controls, audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with SOX testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits, including ITGC, application controls, and operational audits
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership
• Lead SOX IT control testing, including scoping, walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, and remediation tracking
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 to assess control environments and identify risk
• Manage AuditBoard platform and document workpapers, findings, and controls
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff throughout the lifecycle
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management and external auditors
• Build relationships with IT leadership, business units, and external audit partners
• Track audit issues and management action plans to ensure timely remediation
• Stay current on emerging technology risks and regulatory changes
