Relativity Space is seeking an IT Associate II to join the Service Desk at our Stennis, MS facilities. You will collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers, supporting desktop experiences, endpoints, and network resources to keep operations running smoothly.

You will grow hands-on in a fast-paced aerospace environment, developing scalable IT solutions, automating routine tasks, and contributing to a culture of ownership and excellence across our IT services.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or related technical role.
• Enterprise-level support experience with Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Network+ certification or equivalent networking/IT certification.
• Hands-on experience configuring network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, or Arista.
• Demonstrated experience with asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of IT management tools including ADUC, MDM, MDT, Office 365 Admin Console.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen IT operations at our Stennis Test site by actively supporting daily service desk operations, ticket management, and technical support requirements to enable continued growth in Mississippi
• Provide responsive technical support by troubleshooting and resolving desktop, user experience, and system issues with professionalism and a focus on timely resolution
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure, working collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure reliable technology operations across the site
• Develop and document scalable solutions that proactively reduce repetitive service requests and streamline support workflows for improved efficiency
• Apply deep desktop OS expertise to diagnose complex technical issues, enhance end‑user experience, and continuously identify opportunities to refine and improve IT service delivery practices
• Utilize strong networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues, support network‑dependent systems, and contribute to infrastructure reliability and performance optimization
