The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience, 3+ years in enterprise IT, and at least one year in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in enterprise network and infrastructure support.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and optimize wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and cloud authentication services.
• Administer Unix/Linux and Windows server environments and virtualization.
• Monitor performance, capacity, security, and availability; lead upgrades.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud services.
• Lead projects from planning to implementation with stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents with root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Mentor IT staff and assist with budgeting and IT operations.
