Job summary

The Urbana Free Library seeks an IT Manager to oversee all IT systems and services, leading the architecture and maintenance of the library's technology infrastructure. You will develop and implement IT strategies, and supervise staff to foster a collaborative, innovative environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in information systems or related field (or equivalent) and 3+ years of enterprise Windows experience; five years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field.
• Three years progressively responsible work experience administering computers and networks in an enterprise Windows environment (five preferred).
• Experience with MS Office 365 administration tools and Azure AD environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of IT systems, applications, and services within the Library.
• Provide vision and leadership for IT strategies and initiatives.
• Supervise the Library's IT staff and budgeting/procurement activities.
