Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking a self-motivated Tier II Help Desk Analyst and Asset Technician for our on-site team in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on hardware and software support for NSF-owned assets and involves collaboration with the IT and eBusiness teams.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in ITIL-like environments and service ticketing tools. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position requiring onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years IT support experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in IT support, compliance management, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support for NSF-owned IT hardware assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, installs, and configurations.
• Document support activities and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure timely support.
• Coordinate with eBusiness team for advanced issues.
