Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management (2+ years).
• Experience in hardware inventory management (2+ years).
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems (2+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (2+ years).
• Experience with asset lifecycle management (2+ years).
• Experience with software license management (1+ years).
• Experience with inventory auditing (1+ years).
• Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT asset transfers between business units within 5–7 business days.
• Generate, distribute, and review weekly IT asset management reports.
• Complete ITSM tickets within 7–10 business days.
• Monitor the ITAM queue daily.
• Update notes to accurately capture the ticket life cycle.
• Assist with Asset IMAC and PC refresh processes.
• Track warranties, maintenance agreements, leases, and vendor contracts.
