Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc.—comprised of Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products—is seeking an IT Support Analyst – Tier 2. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle incidents, and collaborate with on-site staff and third-party technicians to resolve hardware and software issues.

The role includes on-call rotation, documentation of interactions, and training of users. A candidate with an AA or equivalent education and strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients and the public.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Self-starter able to work with diverse teams in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and incident routing.
• Resolve incidents using documentation, escalation points, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with onsite staff and third party technicians for onsite hardware/software issues.
