Formulated Solutions is seeking an IT Inventory Technician to deploy and troubleshoot hardware, manage IT assets, and support staff in Largo, FL. This role covers ordering, cataloging, and refurbishing IT inventory while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT or related technical experience.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive and catalog parts and equipment.
• Maintain spare IT inventory and asset management.
• Assist users with IT issues such as password resets and printer cartridges.
• Install/replace IT equipment (laptops, desktops, switches, VOIP phones, UPS, Raspberry Pis).
• Configure and deploy mobile devices per policy.
• Escalate user issues to IT tech support / managers as needed.
• First contact IT support for walk-ins and teams messages; primary ticket queue ownership.
• Work 5x8-hour days in a 24/7 manufacturing environment (Mon–Fri; weekends/holidays may be required).
