Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an Associate, Customer Support to help deliver IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services. You’ll coordinate customer requests, transportation activities, asset collections, and service execution in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role offers hourly pay and benefits across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service, logistics coordination, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook/Teams/Excel.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to ITAD services.
• Review customer requests and work orders for completeness before service execution.
• Coordinate transportation, asset pickups, onsite services, and related logistics with internal teams and providers.
• Support fleet scheduling and third-party transportation arrangements.
• Communicate service updates and milestones to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing transportation quotations using pricing tools and processes.
• Monitor open service requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain records and scheduling information in company systems.
• Support chain-of-custody requirements and accurate documentation.
