Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to ITAD services.
• Coordinate transportation, asset pickups, onsite services, and related logistics activities.
• Support fleet scheduling and third-party transportation arrangements.
• Communicate service updates and milestones to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and service documentation in company systems.
