Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a Logistics Associate I to support day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations. You will receive, validate, sort, pack, and ship products with a focus on accuracy and safety.

This role operates under supervision within a structured warehouse environment. The position requires reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine warehouse, logistics, distribution, receiving, shipping, packing, sorting, material handling, or inventory support tasks.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions, SOPs, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
• Basic computer skills to learn warehouse systems and handheld devices.
• Ability to count, sort, label, and process products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move as required.
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, validate, and process inbound products per procedures.
• Sort, stage, and route products based on criteria.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Use RF scanners or handheld devices to record product movement.
• Use pallet jacks or equipment after training to move materials.
• Support inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with team to meet daily goals.
