Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in the United States seeks a Customer Support Associate to coordinate IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services, manage customer requests, transportation activities, asset collections, and service execution in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset with experience in customer service or logistics, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination preferred.
• Experience in logistics or reverse logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries related to ITAD services.
• Review requests and work orders for completeness before service execution.
• Coordinate transportation, asset pickups, onsite services, and related logistics.
• Support scheduling and third-party transportation arrangements.
• Communicate updates and milestones to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare transportation quotations and service estimates using pricing tools.
• Monitor open service requests through completion and follow-up.
• Maintain records, scheduling information, and service documentation in systems.
• Support chain-of-custody documentation throughout asset disposition.
• Follow operational procedures and compliance standards; escalate issues as needed.
