Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or reverse logistics preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about ITAD services.
• Review requests and work orders for completeness before service execution.
• Coordinate transportation, asset pickups, and onsite services with teams and providers.
• Support fleet scheduling and third‑party transportation arrangements.
• Communicate updates and milestones to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare transportation quotations and estimates using pricing tools.
