Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Logistics Associate I to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, verifying, sorting, packing and shipping products. The role follows SOPs and safety guidelines, with work under supervision to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners and WMS, moving goods with pallet jacks, and maintaining inventory integrity in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics environments is a plus.
• Ability to learn warehouse systems, equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, validate, and process inbound products.
• Sort, stage, and route products per procedures.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use warehouse systems, RF scanners or handheld devices to record movements.
• Move and stage materials with pallet jacks or similar equipment after training.
• Verify counts and identify discrepancies; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and attendance expectations.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
